Add closed-back planar magnetic monitoring to your setup with the Audeze LCD-XC. Its large drivers and sealed construction provide a reference option for recording, production and focused listening in shared environments.
Key Features
- 106 mm planar magnetic drivers – Ultra-Thin Uniforce diaphragms and N50 neodymium magnets keep distortion below 0.1% at 100 dB SPL, so fine detail stays clean.
- Fazor phase management – Audeze's waveguide technology helps the sound stay focused and coherent.
- Closed-back isolation – keeps outside noise out and your monitoring in, useful near live microphones.
- Wide frequency response – 10 Hz to 50 kHz covers deep lows through extended highs.
- Suspension headband – spreads the weight evenly across your head for longer sessions.
- Braided OCC copper cable – 4-pin XLR at the headphone end with a 6.3 mm single-ended plug for standard jacks.
Good to Know
At 20 ohms and 100 dB/1mW, Audeze describes the LCD-XC as easy to drive from audio interfaces, consoles and portable devices; it recommends more than 250 mW for best results. Choose between the leather and leather-free options with the selector on this page.
