Build a compact stereo system with the DALI Sonik 1 speaker pair. Wood-fibre driver technology, a soft-dome tweeter and flexible placement options make these passive bookshelf speakers suited to smaller rooms or surround channels.

Key Features

  • 5¼-inch Clarity Cone woofer – a paper and wood-fibre diaphragm, inspired by DALI's flagship KORE, keeps the midrange natural and the bass precise.
  • Oversized 29mm soft dome tweeter – reveals fine detail with wide dispersion, so the sound stays open away from the sweet spot.
  • SMC Essential magnet system – DALI's patented Soft Magnetic Composite reduces distortion for a cleaner, more relaxed sound.
  • Rear-ported bass-reflex cabinet – gives satisfying low end for the speaker's size in smaller rooms.
  • Flexible placement – use stands or a shelf, or hang it on the wall with the integrated bracket; it doesn't need to be angled at you.

Good to Know

As passive speakers, the Sonik 1 needs an external amplifier; DALI recommends 25–100 watts, and the 6 ohm load suits a wide range of integrated amps and streaming amplifiers. For deeper bass in larger rooms, add a powered subwoofer. Sold as a pair, in White, Natural Oak, Walnut or Black.
